For which service are you interested in volunteering? You can choose either or both. 
There are a few different ways to volunteer.
- Clerical Volunteers help us on an as-needed basis with assembling mailings, filing and in-office event preparation.
- Phone Room Volunteers staff the phone room during our membership drives. Volunteers should be comfortable answering phones while entering donor information on an online form.
- Event Volunteers assist the events team to make sure our live events run smoothly. The tasks can vary, including: helping with set-up and teardown, staffing registration tables, way-finding or answering questions about KCUR and Classical KC.
- Tabling Volunteers work with station staff with outreach at community events. This role typically involves interacting with the public as a representative of the stations, handing out station swag, and some set-up and teardown.
