If you currently donate through electronic bank transfers directly from your bank account on the 5th of the month, changes must be made in writing. You can email the KCUR Membership Office at membership@kcur.org. We will send you a confirmation form to sign and return to us authorizing us to make these changes.

Terms of Agreement for Monthly EFT Donations
I authorize KCUR to deduct the above indicated amount each month from my checking account on the 5th day of each month or equivalent bank business day. I understand:
- This authorization is ongoing, automatically renewing from year-to-year, and will remain in effect until I notify KCUR in writing.
- Monthly transfers will occur on the 5th day of each month or equivalent bank business day. My bank statements will reflect these transfers.
-For tax purposes, I will receive a summary of my donations at the end of each calendar year.

You must agree to these terms before we can process your monthy EFT donation. If you do not agree to these terms, please select another method of payment.
